Will JewelSync change my prices as soon as I install it? ⌄
No. Installing JewelSync does not change anything in your store. Prices are only updated after you have completed product setup and you explicitly enable auto-updates. Until then, your store remains completely untouched.
I sell silver and do not have weight data for my listings. Can JewelSync still help me? ⌄
Yes. JewelSync has a dedicated mode for sellers without weight data. You provide a single reference point and JewelSync automatically scales all your prices whenever the metal rate changes. You can always move to detailed product configuration later when you have the data.
What if the metal rate cannot be fetched on a given hour? ⌄
JewelSync does not update any prices if a valid live rate cannot be confirmed. Your store prices remain as they are until the next successful rate check. You will never have prices calculated on an incorrect or unavailable rate.
Can I prevent prices from dropping too low during a market dip? ⌄
Yes. You can set a minimum price per product — JewelSync will never set a price below this regardless of how the metal rate moves. There is also a global minimum margin setting that applies across your entire catalogue.
Does the free plan quota reset monthly? ⌄
No. The free plan has a 25-product cumulative limit. Once you have configured 25 products, the quota is used — deleting products does not reset it. Upgrading to any paid plan removes this limit entirely.
Which WhatsApp platforms are supported? ⌄
JewelSync supports Interakt, WATI, and the Meta Official WhatsApp Business API. WhatsApp catalog sync is available on the Unlimited Gold Pricing plan and Business Pro Catalog Sync plan.
